For your safety and common courtesy, no cell phone usage/talking is allowed during your ride. We aim to limit our instructors and riders with the least number of distractions. Please silence your phones and put them away at the beginning your ride start time. You may take pictures before and after your ride. This is your time. Make it count.
We highly recommend that you reserve your ride and bike in advance. You may register and reserve at the Class Schedule/Book Class tab. Our website also allows riders to purchase single classes, multi-ride packages, and monthly contracts. Upon registration, please note that you must show up to the studio 5 minutes prior to your ride time. FIRST TIME RIDERS SHOULD ARRIVE 15 MINUTES prior to your ride time.
The walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first serve basis. Open bikes will be released to standby riders 5 after the start of class.
Should you be unable to attend a class you've signed up for, please cancel your reservation with as much notice as possible. You may do this up to 1 hour before class begins without penalty. Late cancellations/no-shows will be charged as if you were present at the class. You may cancel your reservation via our website or through the Mindbody app.
Monthly members, should you have a late cancellation or no-show, a charge of $10 will be applied to your account.
Ride360 Indoor Cycling Studio allows riders a 5 minute grace period from the scheduled ride time. Riders arriving after the 5 minute grace period will not be allowed into the class. This will be considered a late cancellation. Refer to our cancellation policy.
All open bikes will be release to standby riders 5 MINUTES AFTER THE START OF CLASS. If you arrive after the 5-minute deadline, you are NOT guaranteed your reserved bike and are subject to the late or no-show cancellation policy.
