Rhythm RIDE is a high intensity, low-impact spin class that focuses on riding to the beat of the music with upper body movements that feel like a dance party on the bike while giving you a full body work out. A high intensity method of teaching authentic boxing in the fitness space. Perfect for the boxing beginner as well as our more seasoned boxers. Working on technique and form, we'll be moving from the heavy bag to the weights as we combine cardiovascular and strength training. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to wrap hands and prepare. Wraps and gloves are provided for your first class only. Wraps are available for purchase in studio. You are welcome to use our gloves or bring your own.
Rowing is a full-body, high intensity, low-impact workout. Whether you're new to rowing or an experienced group fitness pro, Ride360 rowing classes are designed to elevate your fitness level.
