During the closure, we have been closely monitoring the CDC, State, County, and City reopening guidelines. Ride360 has always taken pride in the cleanliness of our facility for the health, safety and enjoyment of our customers and staff. We have introduced and implemented additional measures and procedures to ensure your time here is comfortable and safe. In order to provide the required social distance, we have reduced class size to 15 for cycle and 8 for rowing. We have trained all staff on new procedures. Thank you for your consideration and patience while we adjust to a new routine.
Following CDC guidelines, all bikes/rowers will be appropriately cleaned before and after each class as well as floors, restroom, doors, and all common high use areas. We have an air purifier running before, during, and after all classes. Additionally, we have reduced class size to 15 for Cycling and 8 for Rowing.
Please make class reservations prior to class. With class sizes being reduced, you may want to book your classes a week in advance in order to ensure your spot. You can book through our website at Ride360cycle.com on the schedule tab or through Mindbody. Late arrivals will not be allowed into class. If you need to cancel a reservation, you need to do so two hours before class start time. Late cancellations will be charged as if class was attended. Monthly members will receive a $10 late cancellation fee.
Please arrive to class early. Social distance stickers will be outside the studio marking where to wait. You will receive a bike/rower number. We will have all returning Ride360 customers sign an updated liability waiver on their first visit. Go to your bike/rower and place any personal belongings on number place card. Please be mindful when exiting the studio maintaining social distance and not crowed the exit. For Row Circuit class, we will provide mats and clean them accordingly. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat. At this time, we will not be providing towel service. We will have towels, face masks, and water for sale if needed.
First of all, thank you, thank you for all your support through the closure. We are so grateful for the community we have. If you have packages with remaining rides, we have extended all the expiration dates and should reflect that in your account.
